Step 1: Booking Your Transfer

Customers can book their journey online through website or by phone. During booking, they’ll provide:

Pick-up and drop-off locations (e.g. Brighton to Heathrow)
Date and time
Flight number (for airport pick-up)
Number of passengers and luggage
Any special requests (e.g. child seats, wheelchair access)
Confirmation is sent immediately via email or SMS, including journey details and driver contact info closer to the date.

Step 2: Pre-Trip Confirmation

24 hours before your transfer, you’ll receive:

A reminder with pick-up time
Driver’s name and contact number
Vehicle registration and model
Reconfirmation of your flight details for arrivals

Step 3: Pick-Up

Airport Arrivals:

Your driver will monitor your flight in real-time to adjust for delays.
They will wait at the arrivals hall with a name sign or meet you at an agreed location.
Assistance is provided with luggage.
Brighton/Home Pick-Up:

Driver arrives 5–10 minutes early at your door.
You’ll receive a “driver en route” text if opted in.

Step 4: The Journey

Sit back in a clean, comfortable, air-conditioned vehicle.
Free bottled water and phone charging available on request.
Route is planned in advance to avoid traffic, but live updates allow for adjustments.
Optional stops (e.g., motorway services) can be arranged if needed.

Step 5: Drop-Off

At Airport:

You’re dropped off right outside the terminal departures area.
Driver assists with luggage and confirms terminal/airline drop-off location.
At Brighton/Home Address:

You’re dropped safely at your destination.
Driver helps unload luggage and checks you have everything before leaving.

Step 6: Aftercare

You’ll receive a follow-up message thanking you for riding with us.
Feedback is welcomed and easy to leave via a quick form or reply.
Rebooking is simple with your saved details if you opt in.
