**Compulsory New Year’s Gala Dinner:**
For stays on 31 December, a mandatory surcharge of US$850 per adult (12+) applies for the New Year’s Gala Dinner, payable directly to the hotel/resort.

**7-Day Change of Mind Refund Guarantee:**
Bookings can be canceled for a full refund within 7 days of purchase, provided:
– The cancellation occurs at least 14 days before check-in.
– The booking does not include cruises, flights, or deposit fees, which are subject to supplier cancellation terms.
Refunds exclude any applicable flight or service fees.
Cancellations outside the 7-day period are non-refundable, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law, or as stated in the Fine Print.

**Flexible Cancellation:**
Bookings can be canceled for credit up to 21 days prior to the original check-in date. Credits are valid for 12 months, non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed for cash. This does not apply to flights booked through us, as airline terms and conditions will apply.

**Date Changes:**
Unlimited date changes can be made in your account up to 21 days before check-in, subject to availability and surcharges. If needed, further assistance is available via 24/7 customer service.

– Buffet breakfast is served at Raha Market from 7am–11am, and buffet dinner from 7pm–10pm.
– Free-flow drinks at Raha Market include sparkling wine, red and white wines, select spirits, and mocktails for one hour.
– A 20% discount applies to breakfast and dinner packages for dining at Kata and Azure for dinner only. A 30% discount applies to the All-Inclusive Upgrade.
– The floating breakfast for two requires advance booking.

**All-Inclusive Upgrade Details (if applicable):**
– Daily buffet breakfast (7am–11am), lunch (12:30pm–2:30pm), and dinner (7pm–10pm) at Raha Market.
– Unlimited free-flow drinks at Onu Onu Bar (11am–11pm) and during meals, served by the glass.
– 30% discount on dining at Kata, Azure, and Onu Onu (lunch only at Onu Onu).
– Daily restocked minibar with select beverages (excludes premium spirits and wine cellar).
– One pre-booked three-course meal at Azure.

**Seaplane Transfers:**
– Includes roundtrip 55-minute scenic seaplane transfers between Malé International Airport (MLE) and Sirru Fen Fushi Private Lagoon Resort.
– Seaplane transfers operate during daylight hours only.
– Guests with flights arriving after 3:30pm or departing before 9am must arrange overnight accommodation in Malé at their own expense.
– Luggage allowance is 20kg (checked) and 5kg (hand luggage) per person. Excess luggage may arrive on a later flight. Essentials should be packed in hand luggage.
– Flight details must be provided to the resort at least five days prior to arrival.
